In Short
I'm just this guy, y'know? I'm a Chief Technology officer, I'm a volunteer developer and I2 support volunteer for LiveJournal, I'm a student, I'm a brother, I'm a son. I've done a lot in a short amount of time.

I'm a Year 0 student at the Queen's Campus of the University of Durham, in Stockton-on-Tees, Cleveland. I'm doing a Foundation Degree this year, and then I'm progressing to a BSc Computer Programming degree at the University of Teesside, all being well.

I'm Chief Technology Officer / Head of Infrastructure and Network Services / Lead Developer for Rocket Dog Creative. As part of that job, I invented Fusion, I invented Datastorm, and I also created Minilog.com, an online journalling community based on the LiveJournal Server software.

What I currently do for LJ
I helped out with the creation of the LiveJournal Text Messaging service, when it was first developed. Since then, iicarrii and I are now the official maintainers. If you want help, however, this is not the place to ask, but this FAQ points you in the right direction. I'm also an Interim Level 2 volunteer in LiveJournal support.

What I've done for LJ in the past
In February 2001 I decided that I wanted to do something to contribute towards LiveJournal - so I started helping out in LiveJournal's support department. I learned a lot about LiveJournal in there... also I updated one or two of LiveJournal's FAQs when they got out of date.

After that I didn't do a lot, until I decided to re-do the style of my journal... so I redid my journal, and insomnia saw it and said it was really cool and that it should go "public" so that everyone could use it. You can read more about the launch of Refried Paper (what I decided to call my style) here.

Where can I see your resume?
I have two. One's a standard paper-based PDF one, and the othere's a short presentation/movie.
